What is social media marketing

and why should you invest?

“Social media marketing” has become such a hot topic as of late but what does it really mean - and more importantly, what impact does it (or should it) have on your business? 

Social media marketing is the use of social media to create brand identity, customer loyalty, promote what you’re selling, and build relationships with your customers. Social media marketing isn’t a “one-size fits all” thing for every business. You, as a business owner, have different goals than the shop down the street from you or even the one right next door.
