Kristin is an adventure enthusiast, coffee lover and BIG advocate of building community and speaking life and encouragement to the people around her. From choosing to major in Communications in college because she didn’t know what she “actually wanted” to do, to years later launching Traxx in January 2022, it’s safe to say that although this life is never where she imagined herself being, she is thoroughly obsessed with what all we get to do at Traxx and the people we get to serve.
When Kristin not behind screens, editing content, and strategizing our client’s digital presence, you can find her sipping her iced coffee and planning her next hike with her husband and German Shepherd.

Erica is nothing short of extraordinary. She joined the Traxx Team in May of 2022 and has been killing it ever since. Erica is an adventure enthusiast, a foodie at heart and an expert storyteller. In her free time, Erica and her husband Josh love planning adventures across the country, eating their way through different cities in the US, and sharing their many adventures on Youtube.

Natasha finds joy in being in community, traveling to different countries, trying new recipes, and being creative! She loves bringing a brand to life through their social platforms and online presence. She has worked in digital marketing, in a variety ways, since 2021 and has enjoyed every minute!
She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Ben, and their adorable cat, Albus.

Caroline is a homemaker to her core (she definitely fell prey to sourdough in 2020). She currently lives in Dayton, Ohio with her husband Lucas and their two kiddos!
Caroline is ALWAYS down to grab coffee, go for a walk, and talk about non-toxic home products. Caroline is passionate about effective and strategic communication, and she loves finding new ways to connect with audiences and many kinds.
