KRISTIN HANRAHAN

Kristin's career began in Nashville, where she worked in publishing, ghostwriting and developing content for bestselling authors and thought leaders. She later transitioned into nonprofit marketing, event planning, and development, where she played a key role in helping drive the organization's first half-million-dollar fundraising campaign. From there, she stepped into the wedding industry as the Marketing Director for a premier venue in Upstate New York.

Each chapter added a new layer of experience, from storytelling and communications to events, fundraising, and strategic marketing, and laid the foundation for launching Traxx in 2022. 

​

When she's not behind her desk, you can usually find her exploring a new coffee shop, planning her next adventure with her husband, or out walking with their German Shepherd.

CLARA SYLVESTER

Clara serves as Traxx Social's Operations & Client Experience Lead, where she helps ensure both our clients and team are supported through thoughtful systems, streamlined processes, and exceptional communication.

With a background in Strategic Communications and a passion for organization, Clara thrives at the intersection of people and process. From optimizing internal workflows to refining the client experience, she is dedicated to helping Traxx operate with excellence behind the scenes so our team can deliver exceptional results for every brand we serve.

Based in Kansas City, Clara enjoys writing, serving within her local church community, and spending time with her husband and two children.

EMMA ROBINSON 

Emma is a social media enthusiast, football fanatic, iced coffee addict, and someone who firmly believes every summer weekend belongs on the lake or a boat. From studying Public Management at Ohio State to pursuing her Master's in Digital Marketing Communications at West Virginia University, Emma has always been drawn to the intersection of people, story, and strategy.

Whether she is diving into a new campaign, cheering on the Buckeyes, or connecting with the people around her, Emma brings the same energy and intentionality to everything she does.

Catch her off the clock exploring a new city, taking in the outdoors, or immersed in anything and everything Greek. Community has always been at the center of everything Emma does, so joining a team that leads with that same heart just felt right.

CAROLINE KIMBALL

Caroline has a degree in Professional Writing and Information Design. She brings a strong background in strategic communications, public relations, and editorial content creation. Prior to joining Traxx, she worked in public relations, writing news releases, developing podcast scripts and show notes, and serving as the managing editor for a national publication.

For more than a year, Caroline has been an integral part of the Traxx team, bringing thoughtfulness, creativity, and intentionality to every project she touches. Known for her kindness and encouragement, Caroline is the kind of teammate and friend who always sees the best in others and makes everyone around her better.

Caroline lives in Dayton, Ohio, with her husband, Lucas, and their two children. Outside of work, you'll likely find her experimenting with sourdough, chatting about non-toxic living, grabbing coffee with a friend, or enjoying a long walk with family.

LIA RITZLER

People are my passion! From growing up in musical theater, to starting my own social media in high school, to graduating with a B.A. in Strategic Communication, I have always loved connection and storytelling. Diving deep into a brand's niche is exhilarating - I want to know what your audience craves and how to design content that not only stops them mid-scroll but converts them into a loyal follower. Never in a million years did I think I would be lucky enough to get to do this as my job, I am so thankful to be here and serve YOU!

In my free time you'll probably find me with my husband Blaine, walking outside, researching holistic health, cooking or baking a new recipe, perfecting my latte art, creating for my personal account, finding a new book or podcast, or singing!

RACHEL OPALIA

Rachel is a content creator to the core, her phone always has the "storage full" notification thanks to thousands of photos and has a movie quote for every occasion! With a degree in Digital Media her expertise is in video production, editing, photography, and project management. She thrives when coming up with new ideas, grab a camera and go shoot!

Rachel is a fitness enthusiast: she loves eating healthy, running, lifting, pilates, hiking, you name it, she has tried it! But she also believes balance is key, matching her love for fitness with a sweet tooth. She loves finding new recipes to bake and will never say no to chocolate-peanut butter ice cream.

Rachel and her husband, Jaden, got married in May 2026 and share a heart for church planting and are deeply connected in their local church plant. They love serving their church, hiking, traveling, and drinking way too much coffee!
