MARKETING COORDINATOR

Traxx Social is looking for a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a part-time contractor role, with a clear pathway toward full-time W-2 employment within 3-6 months for the right fit.

This role is not just about posting content. It’s about ownership.

You will serve as the primary social media manager and marketing coordinator for a variety of client accounts, owning day-to-day communication, content planning, quality control, and execution, while working collaboratively with our founder on overarching strategy.

Our goal is to build a long-term team member who wants to grow with Traxx Social and eventually step into a stable full-time position as we continue to expand.  If you’re looking to build something meaningful and long-term, keep reading.

YOU MIGHT BE PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE IF:

👉You just get it. You know your way around content, social, shoots, writing, and creative chaos.
👉You instinctively know what trends are worth jumping on, and which ones should be left behind.
👉You don’t wait to be told what to do — you proactively move work forward.
👉You know how to make social content that looks good, feels intentional, and aligns with a brand’s voice.
👉You’ve posted “just for fun” but secretly studied the hook, pacing, and sound trends for hours.
👉You’re comfortable leading client communication confidently and professionally.
👉You understand that good content starts with clear goals, not trends.

You may not be the best fit for this role if you’re an aspiring or current agency owner. Our goal is to onboard this role into a full-time, kick-ass team member who is stoked to help our clients and Traxx Social grow and make a difference.

TRAXX SOCIAL DIGITAL MARKETING

about

TRAXX SOCIAL

Traxx Social is a boutique, strategy-first digital marketing agency and fractional CMO team based in Columbus, Ohio. We partner with creative brands, founders, and mission-driven organizations who want more than pretty posts — they want intentional growth.

At Traxx, we love working with wedding professionals, creative brands, and organizations that are making a meaningful impact in their communities. Many of our clients are mission-driven or faith-based organizations, including churches. Because of this, Traxx operates from a values-driven culture rooted in integrity, respect, kindness, and service.

We believe social media is one piece of a larger marketing ecosystem. That means we think beyond trends. We focus on clarity, positioning, storytelling, and strategic execution that moves the needle.

We are a small but growing team that values:

  • Ownership over hand-holding

  • Proactivity over passivity

  • Strategy over noise

  • Excellence over “good enough”

We move quickly. We care deeply. We hold high standards. And we’re building something long-term — not just for our clients, but for our team.

Traxx is in an exciting phase of growth. We are refining systems, expanding services, and building a core team that wants to grow alongside the company. This is not a plug-and-play agency role. It’s an opportunity to step into meaningful ownership and help shape the next chapter of Traxx.

If you’re excited by growth, responsibility, creative autonomy, and building something that matters — you’ll thrive here.
